A lot of people skip breakfast. This is a basically bad habit to get into, since a healthy breakfast is the best way to activation off the day. Even if you are trying to cut calories or don’t have a lot of time in the morning, you ought still try to fit in this important meal.
When you wake up in the morning, your body has been without a meal for many hours. It wants fuel. If you don’t take the time to get a healthy breakfast, you could just end up grabbing something full of empty calories and not at all filling, like a donut or a pastry.
